Tracy is president and founder of South Bay Benefits Insurance Services. Tracy has been an expert in the insurance industry for over 18 years. She possesses the licensing and experience needed to offer the best possible service to her clients. Her mission is to build customized insurance policies tailored to each client's specific personal, business or life insurance needs. As your insurance agent, Tracy can advise you on a multitude of products and services, including employee benefits insurance, individual and family plans, medicare, travel, and life insurance.
When she's not working, Tracy enjoys spending time lakeside in Tahoe with her husband and Goldendoodle, gardening, and enjoying quality time with her 4 children.

Elann is the Medicare expert at SBB. She is a native Californian who made the move to the beautiful area of San Jose, AZ. Elann's background consists of sales, real estate and administrative work. Elann takes a consultive approach when working with her Medicare customers, and always aims to provide the best solution available. Some of the areas she can provide guidance in include medicare supplements, advantage plans, medicare prescription plans, life insurance, individual health insurance and travel policies.
Elann enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children, hiking, and hanging by the pool with a great bottle of wine.

Mikayla has been the senior account manager at SBB for over 5 years. Mikayla has a Communications degree from California State University, Monterey Bay. Her passion for helping clients is the reason she's still in this industry today. Mikayla specializes in working with clients to identify problems they might not know they have before it's too late.Whether you need to enroll a new employee or update your account details, she gets it done quickly and efficiently.
When she's not working, she enjoys reading, writing, and taking film photos around her home of Los Angeles.
